Nothing Left to Burn

<sub>Hello again everyone! It's been awhile again but I'm back (for now??) 

School's been making me so stressed lately, not because I'm struggling but because in order to do well I've put all my time into work. I felt really really awful at one point because I realized these months I couldn't do anything for myself and I was disappointed in not even finishing one artwork in all of February. Art is my LIFE and I felt like I was losing that part of me. Just doodling didn't really fill that void.
So I'm making a goal to dedicate at least an hour a day to myself to de-stress, every day. I think being kind to yourself and putting some time in for you is so important and we just often overlook that in order to do other stuff. BUT REALLY, go treat yoself sometimes. You deserve it.

This painting was also quite challenging for me. I'll be honest that this concept is collecting dust in my folders but I am really happy to finally finish it, especially since it is something of my own.. I don't think I've ever put as much effort into a piece, especially an original. It's a goal for me to work harder on my own things from now on.
